They preserve, share, and bring together some of the most important exhibits, objects, and artifacts known to human history. They not only aim to educate but to enrich and further a functional democracy. Museums and galleries also generate vast socio-economic benefits through areas such as job creation, tourism, inward investment, and regeneration.
