Dear MAN Members

There has been a recent increase in serious e-mail fraud and specific spam e-mails that have been crafted in such a way that they bypass normal spam filtering techniques.

We have received an email, which is fraudulent. At first glance, it appears like a legitimate email as it includes our website and a fake email address that ends like our official email addresses. The individual(s) doing this have tried this with many companies, ministries, and even individual email addresses in Namibia and worldwide. Therefore, we would like to remind you to please be vigilant.

If an email looks suspicious or is requesting you for passwords or any other personal information, please call our office on +264 61 302230 to confirm that the email is genuinely from us as we do not request passwords.

Please also note that our email signatures are standard and that we only use the following email addresses
