The Namibian Heritage Week (NHW) Team would like to extend our deepest gratitude to every Namibian individual and organisation (private and public) who contributed to making NHW 2025 a resounding success.
Every year, we say, “This is a week for every single Namibian to get involved in celebrating and learning about Namibia’s rich and diverse heritage. We will only be able to protect our cultural and natural resources if we value them,” and this year, you have truly brought this to life!
The theme for NHW 2025 was Bahindi Belambi lye Chizo Chetu in Subiya, which loosely translates to ”Torchbearers of Our Heritage” in English, and this year, you have truly kept the fire burning! Twalitumela maswe (Thank you very much)!
