Call For Recommendations - Storytellers for the NTN

The National Theatre of Namibia (NTN) in partnership with National Arts Council of Namibia are undertaking funded by their Covid-19 Relief Fund, which will be comprised of two events for indigenous storytelling with public engagement. The project is seeking one Storyteller from Omaheke and one Storyteller from the Zambezi region, who are skilled Storytellers, Praise Poets and/or Storytellers that work with indigenous music.    For each region the following languages are the priority; Omaheke Region: Setswana Otjiherero  Zambezi Region: SubiyaSilozi   The selected storytellers will be remunerated with an honorarium fee for their work once agreeing to this project. The Museums Association of Namibia (MAN) hereby invites Namibian fashion designers, seamstresses and tailors making clothes and accessories to apply to participate in a workshop.
